If you go to place an order Friday through Monday, there may not a be an available menu to choose from. Check back on Tuesday evening, and the menu for the following week should be ready to order from.

You can place a one-off order via our website. Here you can select and pay for your meals. All orders placed before 10pm Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Alternatively, you can use our Subscribe & Save option to recieve a weekly selection of meals without the hassle of ordering every week.

We deliver to a number of local pick-up spots across Kent, please see these here. Meals will be available to collect from our Canterbury pick-up spots from Monday morning, and from our Ashford pick-up spots by 3pm Monday. Please also check the opening hours of your chosen pick-up spot before attempting to collect your order. All meals ordered by Thursday at 10pm will be delivered the following Monday. The only exception to this is bank holidays, when the meals will be delivered one day later (Tuesday).

The meals cost between £3.50 and £7.50 We also have a Subscribe & Save option, where you can order your meal preps for less!

All of our meals are delivered fresh (not frozen!), the day of / the day after production. The 'Use-by' date will always be printed on the container. If you don't manage to eat them in time, don't panic! All of our meals can be frozen. Just make sure you defrost fully in the fridge before re-heating. If you have purchased a full week of food, the meals for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday can all be frozen.

All the macro / calorie information is provided on the individual product pages, as well as printed on the packaging itself. Many of our meals are also included in the MyFitnessPal database, just search for Get Prepped.

All of our meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen in Canterbury, Kent. On our environmental health visits we receive a glowing 5-star rating, meaning our quality control, health and safety practices and hygiene standards couldn't be improved.

All meals delivered before Thursdsy at 10pm will be delivered on Monday. Due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot provide consistently accurate collection times for your order, however meals will always be delivered by 5pm Monday. If you require an earlier collection time than this, please get in touch via email or text on Monday to request a more specific collection window. Please also check the opening hours of your chosen pick-up spot before attempting to collect your order.
